Staff Vice President, Product Development & Management

Position Purpose: Facilitate new business opportunities, identify market trends and manage product development for the assigned products. Serve as a liaison between Sales, Implementation, and Operations to ensure a smooth and unified transition from opportunity to client.

• Work with Centene sales, corporate development, business development and Corporate product development to provide domain expertise for the Product Growth & Development department

• Continuously examine, modernize, and innovate products based on rules, regulations, and requirements as well as current market trends and target existing customer needs

• Develop new products and benefit designs to meet the evolving needs of target clients

• Develop and implement product bundles based on offerings, specific to target clients

• Oversee and manage the transition of a client from sales to implementation and operations

• Partner with the Business Development team to increase product offerings for current and potential new clients

• Significant travel required

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 10+ years of sales, product development or management, or business development experience.Pay Range: $178,500.00 - $338,800.00 per year
