    Job Description Summary

    Structured Sports Supervisor must complete supervisor trainings and trainings for all sports. Oversee Intramural Sport and Sport Club competitions and events (practices and tournaments). Supervisors oversee all officials and event assistants on their respective shifts. Act as a first responder in any state of emergency that occurs during shift. Communicates all scores, staff accolades or issues, equipment issues, injuries, and incidents to Structured Sports Administration.

    Responsibilities

    1. Oversee Intramural Sport and Sport Club competitions and events (practices and tournaments) which include:

    2. Ensuring proper facility setup/cleanup

    3. Player/spectator check-in

    4. Oversee all officials and event assistants on their respective shifts

    5. Provide quality customer service when interacting with visiting clubs and their members/spectators

    6. Serve as a liaison between Sport Clubs and Structured Sports Administration with any conflict or concern during oversight

    7. Communicates all scores, staff accolades or issues, equipment issues, injuries, and incidents to Structured Sports Administration

    8. Ensure that all policies and procedures for the University of Pennsylvania and the Campus Recreation Department are enforced.

    9. Ability to execute emergency procedures, situational dependent on emergency. Act as a first responder in any state of emergency that occurs during shift

    10. Ability to educate Sport Club Officers on policies and procedures of Sport Clubs.

    11. Perform other duties as assigned by Structured Sports Administration.
