We are searching for a detail-oriented Superintendent with 5-20 years' experience in base building commercial construction. The Superintendent directs field staff, subcontractors, materials deliveries, and activities necessary to successfully complete a project of varying complexity to produce a quality product on time, within the project budget, complying with safety standards and exceeding customers' expectations.

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the field personnel and subcontractors on the work-site.
Education and/or Experience
Minimum 5 or more years of industry experience
First Aid/CPR Certification

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic computer applications and time keeping systems; Internet software; Spreadsheet software and project management software.
