The Supervisory RN will:

• Monitor the personal care, companionship, and skilled nursing services provided by our company's direct care staff

• Coordinate?clinical services and?ensure?quality care services are being provided to our?clients

• Perform in-home assessments of clients to determine their support and clinical needs

-?Conduct scheduled supervisory visits to our clients' homes

Qualifications:

• Current State of Georgia RN license

• Two (2) years of?RN experience

• Current CPR certification

• Valid driver's license

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Home care experience is a plus, but not required

• Availability to work day shifts
