  • This role is responsible for spearheading the enhancement and maintenance of business systems and processes, leveraging industry-specific expertise and advanced methodologies. The role guides innovative solutions and influences client strategies with a strong grasp of information technology. The role leads the creation of solution designs, fosters relationships for scope management, and presents findings to senior management.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage area level supplier scorecard.

    • If AREA level operational metrics are not in line with HP expectations, work with the country level SOM to define expected corrective action from the supplier.

    • Participate and contribute to periodic (probably weekly) performance meetings with the supplier Work with Supplier Management team and AREA ops manager to identify capacity requirements from the supplier.

    • Work with Country Level SOM to consolidate HP requirements and feed those to the supplier.

    • Escalation path for SDM and others for supplier induced escalations within the AREA. Ensure escalation data is fed to the escalation tracker for monitoring and reporting purposes.

    • Proposes and facilitates the advancement, improvement, and upkeep of a client's business systems, processes, and products using industry-specific expertise, advanced methodologies, processes, and tools.

    • Assists in developing innovative business solutions and influences the strategic trajectory of clients by capitalizing on a comprehensive understanding of information technology.

    • Coordinates the requirements management and the change management processes.

    • Directs development of visualization, user experience and configuration elements of solution design.

    • Cultivates and maintains both internal and external relationships to oversee scope, schedule, budgets, and expectations.

    • Leads business studies, presenting their results to the senior management.

    • Coordinates and participates in proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development.

    • Evaluates the business consequences of integrating technology into the present and future business landscape, identifying emerging business prospects.

    • Promotes process improvement activities as well as training of peers and clients.

    • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

    • At the AREA level, monitor supplier and HP reporting to ensure KPIs and other data are aligned between supplier data sources and HP data sources.

    Education & Experience Recommended

    • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

    • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in analytics, data science, or a related field.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $90,100 - $138,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
