Responsibilities

• Answer high volume phone calls & emails, schedule meetings and organize both in coming and out going mail for senior producer

• Oversee coordination and detailed documentation for weekly pitch meeting with showrunner

• Organize expense reports, and holiday/birthday/guest gifts

• Coordinate department meetings and travel for senior producer

• Oversee merchandise orders and distribution, ticket requests and petty cash for talent department.

• Update talent boards daily, requiring extreme attention to detail

• Update daily talent calendar, weekly talk show listings, guest comedy documents and coordinate with multiple departments

• Put together daily entertainment and music newsletter

• Conduct research on behalf of the music department and assist with special projects

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum one-year professional television or film work experience required.

• Must be proficient on Mac.

• Demonstrate computer knowledge (Excel, Word) .

• Must be able to work some overtime.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.

• Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

• Hourly salary range: $17.00 - $20.00

• The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
