    How You'll Create Impact

    The Talent Systems Manager oversees, through partnership with IT and key learning stakeholders, the ZB Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure optimal performance, end user adoption, compliance, and productivity, and to confirm that the system functions as designed and validated. The Talent Systems Manager will be responsible for the following:

    • defines, documents, implements, and assesses internal processes and governance that drive standardized practice in the use of the learning management system that support efficient administration and effective

    learning experience for end users;

    • researches and implements industry best practices to help drive process/system improvements;

    • collaborates with IT on the resolution and tracking of technical and end user-related system issues, and the management of annual upgrades and other system changes to ensure that adoption of new

    features/functionality are aligned with business needs and are appropriately validated;

    • consults with internal customers on effective approaches for designing, developing, assigning, and tracking learning, and on how LMS functionality can best be leveraged to accomplish defined instructional goals or

    external compliance; and

    • trains and supports LMS administrators to ensure consistent execution of defined processes and standards.

    Your Background

    Requires a bachelor's degree (3-year bachelor's degree or 3 years of study toward a bachelor's degree accepted) in Communication, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development, or related field, or related field, or foreign equivalent.

    Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related position.

    Must have 5 years of experience with administration and support of Learning Management Systems; curriculum needs analysis; curriculum development; program design; systematic instructional design processes, graphic design /visual support, evaluation, and impact assessment; and training document preparation.

    Must have experience with

    • Implementation, testing, and administrator training as part of the system responsibility;

    • Reaching a diverse audience at multiple levels within the Company and explain technical concepts in non-technical terms through various formats;

    • Quality System Regulations and ISO requirements, document control systems, and manufacturing processes;

    • Applying the ADDIE instructional design model to the design, development, and implement learning solutions, as well as software application (i.e., Captivate, Articulate) used to develop eLearning content; and

    • Current trends and technologies within the LMS and content development.
