As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving technical projects to success. Your prowess in managing budgets, timelines, resources, and scope will be key to upholding client expectations and fostering strategic partnerships. Together, we do what matters.

What you will do

• Lead program-level delivery of contracted solutions, ensuring adherence to terms, economics, schedule, and quality.

• Manage project risks and gain senior management support for critical plans, commitments, and changes.

• Oversee project/program work plans, including schedule, effort, and cost approvals.

• Ensure precise requirement development and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide strategic guidance for change management aligned with project goals.

• Support clients in change enablement processes for maximizing business value.

• Ensure stakeholder alignment, monitor programs, and communicate effectively with customers.

Skills and experiences

• Minimum qualifications: - 8 years of experience in program or project management

• Proven experience in one of the following areas: Business applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic 365, Power Platform, CE), Application and Infrastructure (e.g., Azure), Modern Workplace (e.g., M365), Data and AI (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, etc.)

• 4 years of experience in client-facing activities - PMP-certified Preferred qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in technical program or project management

• 8 years of proven experience in Microsoft Business Applications OR Data and AI

• Experienced in managing cross-countries, cross-departments large-scale projects

• Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, work independently, drive results through informal authority, and serve as a trusted consultant to key business partners and represent users and customers

• Ability to adopt different cultures.
