A Transmission Right of Way Agent is needed for a world class utility company in the Tulsa, OK (hybrid) area. This position involves managing and coordinating a portfolio of transmission projects, directing right-of-way vendors, providing guidance and communication to stakeholders, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with regulations and budgetary constraints.

Manage and coordinate a portfolio of small to large transmission projects.
Direct right-of-way vendors, including internal and contract resources.
Provide guidance, coordination, instruction, and effective communication throughout project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed in a safe, efficient, and economical manner.
Provide leadership and direction to stakeholders, including internal and external customers, regulatory agencies, and governmental bodies.
Interface with project sponsors, build teams, and kick off projects.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
Excellent communication skills, conflict management, and organizational problem-solving.
Ability to convey vision, strategy, and complex information effectively.
Leadership in organizing project activities, delegating tasks, and setting expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and right-of-way/land management databases.
Trans Right of Way Agent Assc/PM:
Associate's degree in real estate, business, engineering, project management, or related field.
Minimum of one year of related experience.
Trans Right of Way Agent/PM:
Associate's degree with a minimum of three years of related experience, or
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of related experience.
Experience in business, project management, real estate, law, or electric transmission/distribution right-of-way.
