A Transmission Right of Way Agent is needed for a world class utility company in the Tulsa, OK (hybrid) area. This position involves managing and coordinating a portfolio of transmission projects, directing right-of-way vendors, providing guidance and communication to stakeholders, overseeing project execution, and ensuring compliance with regulations and budgetary constraints.

responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of small to large transmission projects.

• Direct right-of-way vendors, including internal and contract resources.

• Provide guidance, coordination, instruction, and effective communication throughout project lifecycle.

• Ensure projects are initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed in a safe, efficient, and economical manner.

• Provide leadership and direction to stakeholders, including internal and external customers, regulatory agencies, and governmental bodies.

• Interface with project sponsors, build teams, and kick off projects.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, conflict management, and organizational problem-solving.

• Ability to convey vision, strategy, and complex information effectively.

• Leadership in organizing project activities, delegating tasks, and setting expectations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and right-of-way/land management databases.

Education and Experience

Trans Right of Way Agent Assc/PM:

• Associate's degree in real estate, business, engineering, project management, or related field.

• Minimum of one year of related experience.

Trans Right of Way Agent/PM:

• Associate's degree with a minimum of three years of related experience, or

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of related experience.

• Experience in business, project management, real estate, law, or electric transmission/distribution right-of-way.
