Travel Foreman/Superintendent

Description

Diversified is looking for site Superintendents to put in Microsoft Datacenter build outs. This person will travel from site to site and help with quality and management of day to day operations in the field. They are responsible for coordination partner vendors for installation, working with other trades to ensure accuracy of their work and keep the project on schedule, ensure that the installation meets the specs of the customers, provide pathways when needed and overall running the project onsite. Looking for guys that are experience in CCTV and Access Install in large environment and preferably have ran projects in the past. Verbal and Written communication is very important in this role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Good written and communication skills- One of the challenges they have is they find people that are good in the field and can drive the job but cant communicate or send emails. This person will need to document daily where the project is and provide that back to the leadership team, heavy documentation and communication. Some guys are very good at communication but not experienced enough to drive a job, so looking for someone that has both. Diversified will provide any equipment needed to do the job. These supers will need to live in TN, Sterling VA, Atalanta GA, or Phoenix AZ to be able to go to an office when not traveling. If they are somewhere they are unable to go to an office, they will not be paid while they are at home.
