Treasury Director

Description

Robert Half Management Resources is looking for an Interim Director of Treasury who will be responsible for leading global Treasury operations of our client during a time of change. Treasury oversees and manages the company's global banking structure. The successful candidate will support the CFO by developing and executing the Treasury strategy of the Company while ensuring efficient cash operations. In addition, the Director will have responsibility for capital management and the global financial risk management and insurance programs of the company.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for cash positioning and global cash management activities, including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation, bank reporting, bank platform administration.

• Drive/support initiatives to optimize banking architecture, bank fee structure and cash management processes.

• Develop appropriate reporting and modeling capabilities required to support short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting needs.

• Report to senior management and other internal stakeholders on current cash positions and anticipated changes to short-term cash flows.

• Work with all legal entities to develop cash targets and to manage banking partners, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting.

• Collaborate with IT to establish and maintain treasury technology solutions, including possible interfaces, to support cash management activities.

• Lead debt management responsibilities and monitor covenant compliance, and prepare related calculations and certificates, in accordance with debt agreements.

Requirements

• 12-15 years' experience in Global Treasury Operations and Financial Management with a track record of continued professional development and adoption of increased responsibilities.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate process partners to produce quality results in an efficient manner and simultaneously manage improvement initiatives; possess at least two years of management responsibility.

• Collaborative business partner and advisor; adept in building cross-functional relationships to drive business results.

• Experience in developing and executing efficient liquidity and hedging.

• Experience interfacing extensively with the Tax and Accounting functions.

• Exceptional financial competence, strong business acumen, critical thinking proficiency, and experience in financial modeling.

• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the ability to apply GAAP to new and existing transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, and either MBA in Finance/Accounting and/or CPA or CTP.

• Experience in the Technology industry a plus.

• Experience working for Private Equity-backed companies with growth-oriented focus.

• Experience working with Treasury technology/ERP solution.
