US Sr Communications Manager

The US Sr. Communications Manager will report to the Chief Communications Officer. This role is based in Fort Lee, NJ, offering a hybrid work schedule, and travel is required in the role.

Main responsibilities include

• Lead the development and execution of marketing communications strategy for Kedrion Biopharma in the United States, aligning efforts with corporate objectives to drive business growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to create impactful patient stories that illustrate the transformative effects of Kedrion's products and services.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to champion the Company's activities within the U.S. market, engaging with policymakers and stakeholders to protect and promote corporate interests.

• Strategize and execute institutional affairs initiatives within the assigned scope, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and safeguarding corporate interests.

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with institutional stakeholders to elevate awareness of Kedrion's mission and objectives, representing corporate interests in regulatory and industry-specific forums.

• Supervise the development of external communication materials, collaborating with various business functions to maintain alignment with corporate messaging.

• Coordinate external events and media activities, including press engagements and digital campaigns, to effectively communicate company news and objectives.

• Collaborate closely with senior management to craft external communication materials such as position papers, presentations, and articles for publication.

• Provide strategic support to business functions in drafting external communications for key initiatives or crisis management situations, preserving and enhancing the company's reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.

• 10 years of experience as a Communication Manager within multinational companies.

• Knowledge of the U.S. pharmaceutical market is required.

• Knowledge of PLASMA-derived therapies market is a plus.

• Competence on digital marketing is a plus.

• Proficiency in standard desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Creativity : Innovative thinking to develop compelling content and campaigns that capture audience attention and drive engagement.

Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust strategies and tactics in response to changing market dynamics or organizational priorities.
