We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.SummaryAs a member of the NORESCO Leadership Team, the VP O&M is the head of two keydepartments: Operations & Maintenance, and Plant Operations.Job Responsibilities+ Lead the Operations & Maintenance organization to ensure that all facilities are operated and maintained in a cost-effective and safe condition in accordance with the approved budget and the customer's requirements to fulfill O&M contractual obligations.+ Lead the direction of financial, contract, and customer Operations & Maintenance strategies.+ Develop the operating philosophy, objectives and expectations.+ Develops and administers O&M operations budget.+ Lead the statutory and regulatory compliance at all account sites.+ Ensure that all O&M staff operate using sound business practices to optimize expenditures and profitability.+ Maintains open lines of communication with customer representatives, alliance partners, and operations managers.+ Establishes goal setting and drives performance reviews and incentive/salary direction for the O&M organization.+ Identifies, tests, and implement "leading edge" technology in support of building operations.+ Establishes process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction. Takes corrective action to bring about required change to ensure contract requirements have been executed at a level above the specified standards.Skills & Qualifications+ Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience required.+ 15+ years of facility management or building operations experience preferred.+ 10+ years of experience in management, budgeting, vendor management, operations and maintenance required.+ Proven track record as an organization leader with an understanding of management practices.+ Demonstrated project and budget management skills.+ Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.+ Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.+ Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.+ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment._Carrier is An Equal_ Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
