  • Job Description

    The Vice President will have full accountability for our company wide operations to include operational, financial, administrative, staff, and client relations. The VP will be supported by a team of professionals to include admin, human resources, recruiting and managers of our client accounts. The VP oversees all client facilities, operations, and personnel under his / her supervision to ensure that the Company is providing professional and quality service, to ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our clients, and by regulatory authorities. We are a performance driven company focused on success metrics such as profitability, overtime, and compliance, among others, and you will be expected, and rewarded, for meeting these goals. You will be based out of our San Francisco office but spend time out in the field at our various facilities. You will report directly to the CEO: if you are successful in your role this will allow the CEO to remove himself from all but the most sensitive operational issues and focus on the growth of the company.

    Skills and Requirements

    -Bachelor's degree in a relevant security field or equivalent extensive experience in military, law enforcement, or corporate security environments

    -Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies outside normal working hours

    -5 years of experience as a VP, General Manager, managing 1,000-5,000 employees

    -Industry experience in security at competitors including:

    --Allied Universal, STANLEY Security, Virtual Facility, FLIR Systems, Convergint, Innovative Ideals and Services, Enercare Home & Commercial Services, ADT Security Services, Bay Alarm, etc

    -Knowledge and use of industry technology including:

    --Microsoft Office

    --Kwantek (HR),

    --WinTeam - operations billing, scheduling, payroll

    --Ehub - employee portal with schedules, timekeeping

    --TrackTik - client reporting, real time exportable daily site and incident reports -Located in the San Francisco / Northern California area null
