Your responsibilities will span from human resources management to budget oversight, from maintaining high occupancy to fostering resident satisfaction. With your leadership, our communities will continue to flourish as beacons of compassionate care and joyful living.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of management experience in senior living communities
• Passion for working with seniors and delivering exceptional care
• Multi-site management experience preferred
• Proficiency in financial management and regulatory compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel as needed
