Description and Requirements

The Warehouse Team Manager is a key player in managing the team, inventory, logistics and projects in support of Premium's clients. The Premium logistics center is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and precision. As a Warehouse Team Manager, it is vital to oversee associates and ensure the smooth execution of the clients' projects.

What Will You Do?

• Coach, train, mentor and manage a team of warehouse associates

• Plan and implement improvements to logistics systems and processes

• Create policies and procedures for logistics activities

• Manage projects among the assigned team of warehouse associates

• Resolve escalated issues and provide a weekly report to senior warehouse management

• Advise employees on the care of items received, stored and shipped

• Implement methods and proper use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining and shipping materials
