  • Description

    • Provides direct oversight and management of companies Contract Labor Management Program

    o Manages day to day operational aspects of a program or project and effectively minimizes exposure and risk.

    o Ensures program/project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

    • Consults and partners with Internal Audit, Finance and various leaders to ensure program utilization and compliance

    • Responsible for adherence to our agency vendor contract, monthly reporting, and internal processes around agency utilization. If the need arises for further utilization of external agency staff, i.e. strike planning, this role will be responsible for management of that process.

    • Monitors monthly agency utilization and delivers high quality analysis, reports and presentations to operating leadership and to the executive leadership team. Partners with Finance leaders to ensure consistency in messaging and reporting. Resolve escalations for risks, issues & identify opportunities for improvement.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications or related field.

    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

    • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, demonstrated analysis and problem- solving skills, excellent oral and communication skills, demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization
