    Let's limit the number of "bros" in the C-Suite and elsewhere and elevate those who have gotten the short end of the stick for too long, namely women and minorities. The more diverse the company, the more it will truly represent America. And it will make more money. While we're at it, let's employ those older workers who were pushed out during the Great Recession. We do not thrive when we discriminate; we shrivel up.
