    Houston hybrid work schedule

    I. Job Summary

    Assist and support the Operations group of WM Renewable Energy (WMRE) with management of complex projects. Critical tasks to include the planning, bidding, scheduling and execution phases of the projects. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Maintain project bidders list and prepare/assemble pre-bid documents

    • Lead/assist with bidders RFP's (Requests for Proposals)

    • Lead/assist with equipment RFP's

    • Organize and maintain contracts and purchase orders

    • Maintain process for filing project documents (electronic versions)

    • Communicate with site team to gather site specific information for designing plants or other large projects

    • Assist with weekly project calls and distributing meeting notes

    • Maintain equipment drawings and distribute to WM team

    • Help coordinate LFG upgrades in the well field for gas quality improvements

    • Lead/assist with RFI log and project issues list

    • Lead/assist with project commissioning activities

    • Lead/assist with project close out documents

    Other

    • Completion of special assignments/tasks as required by WMRE Director of Operations or WMRE Sr. Ops Manager - Projects

    IV. Qualifications

    The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

    A. Education and Experience

    Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of, HS Diploma or GED (accredited) and 5 years relevant experience

    Experience: Five years previous relevant experience (in addition to education requirement)

    B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

    None required.

    C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

    None required.

    D. Travel

    Must be willing and able to travel a minimum of 25%-35%.

    Preferred Experience

    • Commercial Construction Background

    • Industrial Construction Background

    • Working Knowledge of Procore

    • Working Knowledge of P6
