We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Business Operations & Analytics to drive our data analytics initiatives and support our efforts to achieve accumulative efficiency goals. This role will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of programs aimed at predicting, tracking, and operationalizing efficiency improvements across our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in data analytics, with a proven track record of leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies and drive operational excellence. In addition to developing predictive models and tracking mechanisms, this role will focus on monitoring efficiency metrics in real-time and adapting strategies according to measured results. This dynamic approach ensures that our organization remains agile and responsive to changing business needs, continuously optimizing processes to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 7+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 5+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR equivalent experience.

OR equivalent experience.
3+ years people management experience
Proven experience in data analytics, with a focus on predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
Proficient project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple programs and initiatives concurrently.
Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is a plus.
Business Analytics M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $242,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $264,000 per year.
