  • Title: Enviro ? nmental Project Manager

    Qualifications

    • 3+ Years of Experience working as a Project Manager(4+ years as an APM can be credited)

    • Proficiency with Illinois EPA regulations, LUST program, and risk-based closure process.

    • Knowledge of surrounding state regulatory frameworks preferred (SRP)

    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once at different phases

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a diverse portfolio of environmental due diligence and remediation projects- ensure projects are being executed and technically sound

    • Manage project-level financials and profit/loss

    • Write and review technical reports/ due diligence reports and proposals.

    • Hire and manage subcontractors.

    • Mentor and train staff, ensuring quality work product.

    • Ensure safe performance of project work.

    • Manage, plan, and execute large and small jobs (turnkey experience a plus).
