    We are looking for a meticulous Finance Manager to join our team in Monroe Township, New Jersey. The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities that impact the organization's profitability and success. The position also entails ownership of long-range 5-year planning activities to support the business's strategic direction and leading financial reporting mechanisms for the business.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the financial reporting for the organization, including presentations for management, executives, and boards.

    • Provide insightful budget to actual analysis on a monthly basis to functional leaders.

    • Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, developing presentations to summarize results.

    • Scenario plan and test assumptions to understand a range of possible outcomes.

    Requirements - Possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or related roles

    • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems for financial data management

    • Have extensive knowledge and experience in ERP Solutions for financial operations

    • Understand and execute Accounting Functions accurately and efficiently

    • Experience in Auditing practices and methods

    • Ability to manage and reconcile Balance Sheet Account

    • Familiarity with Budget Processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting

    • Ability to ensure Compliance with financial regulations and standards

    • Proficient in Budgeting and Forecasting methods for financial planning and decision making

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required, higher degree or professional certification is preferred

    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

    • Adaptability to changing business environments and financial landscapes

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
