Job Description
A client in the Northern Virginia area is looking to bring on a Construction Executive to join their team crucial role in ensuring successful project execution, financial stability, and strategic growth. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:
Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the construction department or business unit.
Develops and communicates the long-term vision for construction operations.
Manages multiple construction projects simultaneously.
Supervises construction project managers and ensures project timelines and budgets are met.
Monitors costs, quality, and safety standards for all construction activities.
Oversees financial processes such as forecasting, estimating, budgeting, and cost control.
Ensures profitability and financial health of construction projects.
Represents the organization in discussions and negotiations with clients, contractors, regulatory officials, and other stakeholders.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and partners.
Identifies risks associated with construction projects and implements risk control strategies.
Manages insurance and risk mitigation efforts.
Evaluates and implements new construction methods and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
Stays informed about industry trends and best practices.
