Human Resources (HR) Manager

Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all HR functions for the organization. This role will work closely with leadership to create policies and protocol as the company grows while maintaining compliance with local and federal labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also be the first point of contact for benefits, payroll, and other personnel related issue.

Hours: 8:30-5:30pm with flex to a 30min lunch if desired - 100% Onsite

Benefits: 2 weeks PTO years 1-3 and 3 weeks PTO 4+ years, M/D/V, 401K with company match

Salary: $80K - $85K

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or Human Resources, or equivalent experience required.

• 4+ years of experience working in Human Resources w/ 1+ years of management experience.

• Working knowledge of California state and federal labor laws.

• Strong HR Generalist background is essential to lead this Human Resources Department of one.
