  • The Opportunity

    Delaware North Travel and Hospitality is hiring a Marketing Manager to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. The Marketing Manager will develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, provide sales support, and advance building the Delaware North Brand. You will support and ensure the proper execution of multiple marketing campaigns for the property.

    Pay

    Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68300 - $92200 / year

    In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.     Responsibilities

    • Manage the media plan, including the execution of strategies and coordinate with internal stakeholders and interpret information to marketing partners and facilitate planned campaign initiatives.

    • Approve advertising and creative materials for timely execution, working with the Creative Studio for development.

    • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.

    • Partner with other marketing teams, internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to achieve department objectives and goals.

    • Research and evaluate new opportunities and guest needs and insights.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

    • Minimum of 3 years' entry to mid-level marketing experience required.

    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to correctly interpret data and inform stakeholders of key information.

    • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, social channels, and digital advertising analytics required.

    • Knowledge of promotions principles and practices and marketing in a customer service-oriented environment.

    • Demonstrated competence in organizing and prioritizing heavy workloads while meeting deadlines.
