    We are in search of a motivated and proficient Marketing Project Manager tasked with orchestrating project management and tool solutions for our corporate marketing team. This pivotal role aims to instill project management discipline within the department as it refines its storytelling prowess and increases the level of support offered to stakeholders. This position greatly values collaboration and teamwork, partnering with different business units and company departments on various initiatives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Administer, enhance, and operate system solutions - primarily

    Adobe Workfront alongside other marketing tool solutions such as Dam social

    tools and others.

    • Craft and uphold project management processes, from project

    initiation to archiving, while fostering necessary collaboration and obtaining

    requisite approvals.

    • Direct teams in building exhaustive communication and

    marketing campaign plans, detailing specific tasks and milestones, streamlining

    final review and approval of all components before delivery.

    • Function as the central contact for projects, coordinating

    with copywriters, art directors, designers, video producers, and editors to

    ensure resource allocation.

    • Familiarize yourself with company guidelines, particularly on

    corporate branding, development of promotional materials, video production, and

    content development.

    • Collaborate with diverse teams to maintain a consistent

    approach across different channels.

    In addition to the fundamental functions above, the job holder

    may be entrusted with other responsibilities.

    • Undertake any other tasks as required.

    Requirements

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing,

    Advertising, or a similar field.

    • Have 3-5 years of experience in campaign or traffic management

    in an ad agency or in-house agency environment.

    • Demonstrate proficiency with marketing operations tools and

    systems - Workfront, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canto, and social

    media platforms.

    • Display the ability to effectively communicate project

    management tactics and updates to stakeholders at all levels.

    • Exhibit propensity to influence, partner with, and be

    adaptable within cross-functional teams and internal clients.

    • Familiarity with online projects, websites, digital channels,

    analytics and related tools, and offline projects like events, print

    collateral, print catalogs

    • Comprehensive knowledge of the process relating to creative

    development, print and digital media, and other marketing tactics to

    efficiently manage resources, time, and budgets.

    • Capability to identify and understand the interdependencies

    within marketing and to develop creative project management solutions.

    • Be a strategic and critical thinker with superb written and

    verbal communication skills.

    WORK CONDITIONS

    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • The majority of the workday involves operating computer or

    other office devices.

    • Occasional moving of packages weighing up to 10 pounds, such

    as office supplies or equipment.

    • Proficiency in communicating in-person, over the phone, and in

    writing.

    • Capability to comprehend and accurately exchange information

    with coworkers, customers, and vendors.

    • Ability to read and interpret diverse electronic and written

    documents.

    ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

    • The role is based in an office environment, where the staff

    works at assigned desks or in communal workspaces. The workspace comprises

    desks, chairs, computers, and other office equipment.

    • TRAVEL AND ON-CALL

    • Travel may be necessitated occasionally, up to 10% of the time
