    Objectives:

    Plan, lead and execute critical projects at the Clearwater manufacturing site in the areas of Facility Expansion, Capacity Expansion, and Process Improvements (CIP) across our IOL Surgical manufacturing platforms.This Global Engineering position is based at our Bausch + Lomb Surgical facility in Clearwater, FL.

    Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Strategy:

    • Define project scope, objectives, budgets, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

    • Identify opportunities for process automation and create a roadmap for implementation.

    • Ensure compliance with cGMPs and Global Regulations.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, developers, and other professionals.

    • Assign tasks, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to ensure the teams productivity and cohesion.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive successful project outcomes.

    Stakeholder Communication:

    • Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

    • Address stakeholder concerns and provides strategic recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or a related field.

    • Minimum 10years experience as a Project Manager.

    • Experience managing facilities and capacity expansion projects.

    • Experience managing projects in a regulated manufacturing environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree.

    • Medical Device or Pharmaceutical.

    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

    • Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and change management practices.

    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges and changes.

    • Project management andPMP certification.
