  • Adecco Search has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a Product Reliability Manager in Nashville, TN.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Ensuring the reliability, durability, and performance of products throughout their lifecycle.

    • Developing and implementing reliability standards and strategies to improve product quality, performance, and dependability.

    • Planning and conducting reliability testing activities to assess product performance under various conditions.

    • Identifying and addressing reliability issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

    • Establishing and enforcing engineering standards and procedures to enhance product reliability.

    • Performing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Advanced Reliability Modeling.

    • Analyzing warranty data and providing insight and guidance to engineering teams.

    • Providing leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports.

    • Completing additional tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

    • 6+ years of experience in reliability, product development/design, testing, or similar engineering fields.

    • 4+ years of experience leading people and projects.

    • Product/reliability testing experience is required (coordinating, developing, conducting, etc...)

    • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA/PFMEA, etc..

    • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools, Solidworks, MATLAB, etc.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Our client offers:

    • Annual base salary in the $120,000-130,000 range

    Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
