Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master/Project Manager. This individual will be supporting 3 projects (2 Agile, 1 Waterfall), therefore they must be able to work as both a Scrum Master and a Project Manager based on the project needs. This person will be responsible for all project budget/financials for all 3 projects. They will need to work on this daily and must have extensive experience in this space. In addition to project financials, the Scrum Master role will require running all Agile ceremonies, facilitate removing barriers and communicating status with leadership and stakeholders. All Agile projects are run in Azure DevOps (ADO). This is a high performing environment requiring someone who can work fast paced, with high response time and attention to detail.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management

• Recent experience and 5 years as a Scrum Master

• Extensive experience with managing project financials and budget (actuals v. projections, daily and weekly management)

• Azure DevOps (Jira is ok)

• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication/management skills

• • Certifications null
