    Delaware North is hiring a Vice President of Design and Construction to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As the Vice President of Design and Construction, you will be responsible for the planning, constructing, purchasing,?and delivering capital construction projects throughout Delaware North.     Pay

    Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $219300 - $301500 / year

    In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.     Responsibilities

    • Maintain frameworks, standards, and governance processes to drive practical business solutions for capital construction, ensuring compliance with budget, time, scope, and quality standards

    • Partner with and educate business units to drive the capital construction agenda, emphasizing adherence to budget, schedule, scope, and quality requirements

    • Establish repeatable and sustainable construction processes, fostering cost savings and maintaining project quality across business units

    • Plan, estimate, and deliver value from developing or redeveloping Delaware North facilities to ensure an exceptional guest experience

    • Provide leadership on critical organization-wide projects, collaborating with executives, senior leaders, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals

    • Manage project managers and contracts for architects, engineers, and contractors, overseeing the procurement process and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy for successful implementation of construction projects

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required

    • Minimum of 10 years of related experience, including strategic support of senior executives aligning capital construction, program management, and managing finances

    • Project Management Professional or equivalent experience desired

    • Experience in successfully leading capital construction design and build function and managing in an environment undergoing change and transformation
