Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Manager to join our growing Microsoft Security team.

As a Senior Manager, you'll partner with our clients to identify and manage risk. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.? You'll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.? You'll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

• Security Center / Compliance Center

• Insider Threat Management

• Information Governance & Protection

• Microsoft Purview, Defender, Sentinel, Priva & Endpoint Manager

• Microsoft Entra Product Family

• Efficient at designing and managing Active Directory infrastructures and strong Azure skills are preferred

• Extensive experience working with and creating PowerShell scripts

• Experience in defining security for PaaS and IaaS implementations, such as system configuration, policy, tenant policy restrictions, access control, authentication (including federation), data at rest, and data in transit security

• Experience managing, configuring, and administering Active Directory on-prem and Azure Active Directory Experience with leveraging Conditional Access policies, Security Center, Compliance Center, Insider Threat Management, MCAS, DLP, ATP, AIP, EOP

• Experience and understanding of networking and systems configuration/protocols.

• Drive the technical implementation and delivery of the M365 Security & Compliance technologies including Information Governance & Protection, Insider Risk, eDiscovery, MCAS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Data Loss Prevention, Audit, Data Lifecycle Management and Compliance Management: Including integrating and managing any new additional M365 Security & Compliance technologies across the data landscape.

• Support and implement M365 Security & Compliance features through automation using DevOps, Github and any other scripting technologies and tools.

• Integrate security standards and processes into daily work to meet and sustain compliance with GCC high secure practices.

• Utilize technical expertise to identify and recommend service and functional improvements

• Baseline M365 security posture configuration and champion effort to increase published tenant security score.

• Research and maintain knowledge of M365 Security & Compliance technologies, including licensing, costing, operations, scalability/architecture and security features and capabilities.

• Document system configurations, standards and procedures concerning the logical integrations and relationship mapping of inter-dependencies within the M365 Security & Compliance suite landscape.

• Experience designing and implementing integrations between Microsoft compliance solutions and Microsoft Security workloads such as Defender for Cloud Apps and AVD Endpoint.

• Experience in government cyber control programs such as FedRamp , CMMC and NIST 800-53.

• Strong knowledge of JSON, Powershell , JavaScript, CSS and KQL (Kusto Query language)

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.?

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

• Ability to translate and communicate strategy & roadmap to client personnel, including executives.?

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.??

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS)

• 7+ years working in a related field or professional services

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

• Advanced certifications in Microsoft Security strongly preferred

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$130,000.00 - $208,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$148,200.00 - $237,120.00

We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
